How to take part in a clinical trial at our Center?
In order to take part in the clinical trial you must:
- call us and make an appointment for a free medical consultation (by calling +48 888 333 233, fill in the questionnaire on the website or write an e-mail to info@zanamed.pl),
- come to our Centre in person for a pre-arranged appointment, bring documents confirming the diagnosis of the disease (hospital discharge records, test results) and information on the treatment you are undergoing,
- during the consultation with the specialist, you will be informed on how to take part in the clinical trial and about the patient’s rights and obligations during the procedure.
